My navigation system stopped working today, the on screen info said my vehicle did not have the navigation option!! I was concerned as we were traveling before Easter. I rang the service department looking for advice and was told the vehicle would have to be booked in and nothing available for a week. And there was no one there I could talk to. Recently purchased a 17 Camry and because it was a cash sale my only dealing was with Sales Rep John Naidoo, a very calm, polite, patient gentleman who answered all my questions patiently and was very knowledgeable about the car he was selling.
