Recently purchased a T60 sales rep Sam was very professional friendly and helpful. The vehicle drives great still learning or the ins an outs of the console but that takes time and practice.
We have used Rockingham LDV twice now for small warranty issues with our T 60 ( which we did not purchase through them). On both occasions we have received warm, friendly service and the issues fixed without question. Highly recommend this business and if we're in the market for a new car in the future will definitely be trying them. Martin and Karen Barnett
Hard to get direct contact with service dept. On phone for an hour on hold, getting switched from receptionist to back on hold back to receptionist. Couldn't even get a direct message to service dept. "We will send an internal email and they'll call you back". Didn't happen. I had to ring them again
Do not buy , I bought a LDV G10 from here from new after 70k the clutch went , took them over 2 weeks to diagnose the problem after this was told 8 weeks to get a clutch from china, charged $290 for the diagnosis and told it will not be covered under warranty. Had the van picked up and moved to a garage that could sort it. The warranty is a waste of time. Poor communication, poor service. Avoid
