I cannot recommend Dean enough. He is one of the best car sales men I've ever come across. He was funny and down to earth, made you feel comfortable and was not pushy at all when it comes to buying a car or paying cash. I went in looking at the hyundai 130s as I love them but deep down I knew I needed a family car and Dean showed me a hyundai tuscan and I fell in love with it straight away. This is not the first time I have been not quite happy with Hyundai Rockingham, but really, also the place where I bought the car (Hyundai Osborne Park). Last time it was a punctured tire that appeared to be superficial, but those guys wanted to replace the whole tire for 300 something, while Autobahn did it in 5 minutes no charge. I recently went through the process of purchasing my first car through Rockingham Hyundai, Sam made the whole process stress free and easy to understand. I was nervous at first, but Sam provided guidance every step of the way and was completely transparent with all the tiny details, which I really appreciated. He turned what could’ve been overwhelming into a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend asking for Sam!
My car had its front ball joints replaced at this garage. It was returned to me without the alignment adjusted (steering wheel not straight). I called and a technician advised that the alignment isn't affected by this work. It definitely can be, and they don't want to take responsibility for sorting it out. I was advised to go to a tyre shop, spend $90 and tell them I sent them. I will take my car somewhere else for servicing and repairs in the future. Avoid!
Last year at the last day of July I bought a new car at Hyundai in Rockingham. I traded in my Suzuki,that was a very nice car to drive - easy to park and very cheap to drive but.... in very stormy weatherbad on the road. I had to hold the steeringwheel very firm.
