I had a pleasant experience with Hyundai Rockingham from the first day ,starting with the booking for a test drive to delivery of the car. The team, especially Kalani, Sam and Brodie had given me rooms for discussion ,explained and answered all our questions , assisting me with the Blue Link connection to the car. Overall , we had a good experience with Rockingham Hyundai .
Absolutely terrible service. My partner booked her car for a service and to check the aircon and regas. Paid for a regas and the aircon didn’t work when I called the service centre about it I was told that that wasn’t apart of the regas or service and would be another $360 dollars to diagnose. When the car got home I checked it over and realised that the brake fluid was still not at the full line, and also air filter was dirty and no mention of it during the service or after it was absolutely disgusting. Many thanks to Harris for his patience and professionalism. The service we received was excellent and made to feel welcomed, and the boss makes a awesome coffee. Highly recommend Rockingham Hyundai.
Used to go there for my service on my car. Not anymore. They are more interested in doing stuff to the car that’s not needed and don’t inspect other issues. I had a bent rear axel that they not noticed and destroyed my rear tires. So no more Hyundai service for me. Found someone else that dosent want to replace stuff that’s not needed.
