Bought items for a birthday present which included a Harley Davidson ring. Was abit small for the birthday boy and returned for a bigger size. I was aware that HD would need to find another size elsewhere in Perth with hope it would arrive Monday. When I asked if I could pick it up then and if it arrived, was told she would be away that day and the person filling in wouldn't be able to do the transfer.
