Friendly staff and good service
The team at Rockingham Harley are exceptional from sales staff to service and parts. They are always polite and efficient and no hurdle is too big.
Went in looking for a bike as a gift for my partner. Felt like since I am a woman they didn’t take my business seriously. Currently battling cancer and had on comfortable clothes and yes my hair looks crazy but I had money to spend and was left being told to bring him in to look at them. Didn’t even ask what I thought he might like. Shame really was expecting to leave with at least an idea of what I would be looking at. The guy would barely make eye contact with me. Won’t be going back.
I couldn’t be happier with the team at Rockingham Harley-Davidson. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to understand what I wanted from my bike and pointed me in the right direction with the Cycle-Rama 483 cam. Their advice was spot on, and I’m extremely happy with the result.
