Dont ever buy a Fiat or try to get anything done by this company. Their prices are extortionate & they wont help you fix your fiat or provide part numbers because they want you to be forced to pay into their greed. $1800 for a glock spring!
Very good service, efficient and well appointed waiting lounge with options to drop you at Rockingham shopping center.
My beloved Fiat had an engine failure, so we brought her in for repair. At first, the service seemed okay — we got a diagnosis via text and were quoted over $4,000. We paid it, and then began the long wait for parts (because, of course, "they're coming from Europe"). After nearly five weeks, we got another text saying they broke a part during the repair — something to do with the temperature system — and now it needed replacing too. Lovely place took my son here loved now he has a fiat based life
Our 5th Fiat service, this time major service and timing belt change. Having been to 4 other Fiat Professional service around Australia, Fiat Rockingham is by far the best. 5 star service, drop off and pick up to town/ shopping centre. Very competitive price with an estimate in advance, excellent staff. Thanks and we will return.
