My beloved Fiat had an engine failure, so we brought her in for repair. At first, the service seemed okay — we got a diagnosis via text and were quoted over $4,000. We paid it, and then began the long wait for parts (because, of course, "they're coming from Europe"). After nearly five weeks, we got another text saying they broke a part during the repair — something to do with the temperature system — and now it needed replacing too. Our 5th Fiat service, this time major service and timing belt change. Having been to 4 other Fiat Professional service around Australia, Fiat Rockingham is by far the best. 5 star service, drop off and pick up to town/ shopping centre. Very competitive price with an estimate in advance, excellent staff. Thanks and we will return.

Took my Fiat Ducato to Fiat Professionals Rockingham, trading under Rockingham Auto Group for a diagnostic and was informed that the EGR needed replacing. Cost $2972. Picked up Monday and drove less than a km and engine light come back on. Returned vehicle and on Tuesday they rang to say the bottom EGR needed replacing and the DPF had failed and needed replacing, quote $11100. That quote did not include another EGR.
