Received treatment from Wayne Hansen from Sept 2019-March 2020, provided health insurance info and paid a co-pay at each visit, then in Nov 2020 (8 mos after last session) received a bill for almost $700 stating that they were out of network for the insurance, WHAT?! Would have never continued treatment if this had been established, but no, Wayne took the co-pay money at each session as if everything was good.
