Brought in my dog who ate something he wasnt sposed to. They were so kind and reasuring and the vibes and environment were calming for my nerves. We were in and out within 30 minutes and my dog is all better. Thank you!
After being treated poorly by highly agitated welcoming staff, I stayed because I was there to know if my dog was stable. It is the only reason I went there. I have been before and have never been thrilled with their service. This time wasn’t any different. I did leave knowing my dogs condition and that I am grateful for. The other staff that stepped in was more compassionate but I still feel like they could have had better communication. I still have to call for records to get details of the exam.
