After being treated poorly by highly agitated welcoming staff, I stayed because I was there to know if my dog was stable. It is the only reason I went there. I have been before and have never been thrilled with their service. This time wasn’t any different. I did leave knowing my dogs condition and that I am grateful for. The other staff that stepped in was more compassionate but I still feel like they could have had better communication. I still have to call for records to get details of the exam.
