Very personable and professional.
I was seen today at Rockingham Dental in Exeter for routine cleaning. Once again I had a great experience, Travis Neuenhaus DDS is extraordinarily professional and answered all my questions, Hygienist Amy is extremely thorough and also answered all my questions. Audrey , Office Manager is always helpful and cheerful when checking out. A great team!
Very professional.
The hygienist was excellent, front staff extremely polite. However, Dr. Collamore made an inappropriate and very unpleasant comment behind my back as she walked into the room. When reported it was brushed off as ‘a joke’. The comment could not be construed as a joke nor was it funny. Separately despite being on time they were unable to complete the scheduled appointment inconveniencing me to return for a second visit. And despite being dx with an infection I was not prescribed antibiotics.
