I took my Jeep in for a gearbox service and also asked the dealership to look at the panoramic sunroof because the one-touch close function had stopped working—I could still close it by holding the button, but the automatic close no longer worked. Had a tough start when we bought our grand Cherokee due to international stop sales from Jeep USA in regards of some recalls that were required for the 4xe. My case was handed through multiple persons but had finally someone who was able to assist throughout the collection of our car. Thanks heaps to Reece Smith who handled my case very well. Such a nice bloke to interact with and who also has the commercial touch which you’re after when purchasing a vehicle.
My car wouldn't start and I thought it was the battery so I bought a new one from here, took it and tried it out but no luck so I took it back and they refused to give me a refund stating they don't give refunds on electrical items, I said you should have told me that before I bought it, so that was a waste of $280.
