Ordered my dryer on Saturday avo. Was delivered on Tuesday. Wasn’t expecting the dryer to be delivered. Service was exemplary. The person and persons I spoke to were also exemplary. So so happy. Can’t recommend Betta in Rockingham enough. Regard and thanks Coralie
Really grateful for the staff here. A family member fell outside the car park near the store and the man working stayed with her the whole time until I arrived. It really shows how good and caring their staff are. Thank you so much.
There just aren’t enough stars available to award to this business! Paul provided us with great advice, patient and friendly service as we shopped for a new fridge. Left the shop just after midday and our fridge was delivered, installed and the old one removed by 2pm. Great prices, terrific service. We don’t even consider going to the bigger outlets. Took almost 2 months with me making many follow-up calls and emails to resolve my oven that was delivered damaged. They sent someone out to fix it but it couldnt be fixed ended up the guy they sent out to fix my oven sorted it with beko directly the store offered me a portable oven over Christmas. was delivered fast but very stressful to get fixed
