Cowboys! I took my Ford Focus they had it for about 10mins and charged me $120 for a "scan" and said take it to Ford no work done AT ALL. Went to pay and the price had increased to $140 RIP OFF...had to pay as they had my keys
Not very helpful wanted me to bring the car in to them so they could fix it being unfinished this was not an option just needed a bit of expert help they could not deliver that
2 vehicles sent in at the same time to have gearboxes rebuilt, both failed, both returned 3 and 4 times, both got taken elsewhere, oh and thanks for the grease on my headlining and thanks for all the missing screes in my interior, gearbox not lined up properly, clutch not blead properly, destroying Engine mounts, wrong oil in the gearbox, this whole experience was a cluster, worth paying someone else to just get it done right
