Took our 80 series there, had the 2nd, 3rd syncro done, 2 months later it starts making noise, took the car back, the bald headed guy drove like an idiot, trashing gears, really mate pathetic, stick your business up your ass, never go here, find anyone else, rude and inconsiderate to say the least, no help just belittling behaviours.
We had our VW Tiguan's transmission serviced thinking that it was a good idea.at the time. After a few days we drove down to Bunbury & heard a noise but something had fallen off. We first thought we had a flat tire but looked around nothing wrong. It became evident that the under car engine shroud had flown off. Went back along the highway to find it but no luck. Great experience with Ian and his team! Did my gear box service in less than a couple of hours on my 2012 Peugeot 4008, which by the way, no other places wanted to do it! I recommend this place and we will definitely be back for our next service! Thank you Ian and the team, for your sympathy, professionalism and promptness in doing our family car 🤝
He rebuilt my transmission in February and just had it rebuilt again. He reckons the flex plate was the problem so im going to get it tested. But I wouldnt recommend him. So an update on this so called specialist, I've had my gearbox back to him twice and both times he has failed to fix anything, in fact he didn't replace any parts in the gearbox, took it back again and all he replaced was a seal and a pump with an OLD pump.
