Picked up our new RAM today! You wouldn't know it's 2nd hand as it's absolutely beautiful. Meticulously maintained. Very big thank you to Brent (Sales) and Cliff (Finance) for their expertise and knowledge with our purchase. We wouldn't choose anyone else to assist us at Rocky RAM! (Rockingham Auto Group).
Just to say Brent was very helpful and willing to address our request in test driving several vehicles. Worst weather for him to work in and still managed to move other vehicles to access the ones we wanted to test drive from their wide range of quality used vehicles. Did not purchase a vehicle but will call back if Brent comes across one that meets my needs.
Took my car in for diagnostics and repairs in October 2023. Communication and service was terrible. I kept having to contact them to find out the progress. They had my car almost two months. I got my car back late December. They didn't figure out what needed repairing, instead unplugged everything so the light wouldn't show up anymore. I paid a ludicrous amount for things that didn't particularly need doing just so they could make some money out of it somehow.
