He quickly diagnosed the problem, figured out exactly what part we needed, and helped get it fixed so we could get back on the road safely. Super knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. My trailer got a flat tire, and I had to call a roadside service. I called several companies within a 10 mile radius, and they either told me to wait until the next morning or quoted me exorbitant prices. Only this company offered me a reasonable price for a tire repair and the fastest possible service. Thanks, Russell, and good luck in business!

Russell is a liar. He lied about the price of the part, and hours he worked on my truck. My wife and I drove an hour and a half to check his progress, only to see he hadn't even started. He claimed he was 4.5 hrs. in and hadn't done anything. He is rude over the phone when we asked questions. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else.
