Arrived today and while I understand the facilities are outdated, the quality of food and sleep is subpar too. Very stiff beds with hard rock cheap pillows, when asked no substitutions are available. The dining hall is chaos at dinner, tables are too close to each other, feels like a cheap cafeteria with kids running around screaming and having meltdowns. You know you have a winner when the whole family is sad to say goodbye. There is definitely something to do for everyone, and I believe we did it ALL. My son loved the daily horseback riding trail and I loved that there was always something to do. I was worried about what the all inclused food would be, but honestly it was good with lots of options. We love going to rocking horse ranch in both the winter and summer season. The rooms are spacious but the bathroom was so humid in the summer, it smelled bad/musty all the time. The room had a dehumidifier but you have to keep emptying it in order for it to work. We like the food and the service. I hope the desserts change in the future. It has been the same for years for all three meals. We love the activities. Great spot for little kids.
