This company has gone bust. Do not book with them as their website still seems to be taking bookings. I'm owed $$$ and they have stopped replying to emails.

Had a vw camper van booked for April 2020 , due to COVID I couldn’t get a van , asked for a refund which they only offered 50% back on booking, I changed booking to April 2021 instead only to receive an email on 16th dec 2020 to say they are ceasing trading and booking has been cancelled. No sign of money being returned . I cheekeded their website this morning 18th dec and they’re still taking bookings. Save your money and don’t book.

Booked a VW transporter through Rockin Vans for my husband's 30th birthday! Super helpful team, great van and wonderful 4 x day trip. Easy bus ride to the collection point from the city centre and when we needed help with the pop roof - the team responded quickly on the whatsapp service. Well equipped van with lots of room. Would recommend to anyone!

We hired a midsize van for four nights and had a great time staying at Ullapool and Durness. We have used Rockin Vans three times now and love them. We dealt with Agnes at pick up and drop off who was very friendly and helpful. The van was in good condition and was a good size for the two of us and our two dogs. Would definately use Rockin Vans again for our next trip.

The van was disfunctional, dangerous and dirty. After numerous calls to the office and texts to the emergency helpline we only received a response in our second to last day. I would highly advise staying away from this company at all costs! We managed to get our money back via my credit card company, although this took a long time since Rockin Vans had stated I paid via PayPal, holding up the process for my bank.
