Guy was great but they asking new prices for used trailers and will not come off prices. Sorry I don’t think a 17 model trailer should be 60k or more. Especially being it wasn’t all that fancy on the inside. Might be why it’s been sitting there for 2 years

We are working in the Baton Rouge area assisting flood victims. Last Sunday night we needed a few "hard to get" tools in order to assist a family that was in need of a temporary home. I am from Shreveport and have never met "Jerry" who is the owner of Rockin' P Homes. I obtained Jerry's number and called him. Jerry, without hesitation told me to get what I needed and simply return it later that night.
