I could not have been happier with the service provided by Kathleen and her team. She was very professional and knowledgeable of the local market. I am high maintence and she was always quick to respond to my many questions/concerns, etc. I would recommend her to anyone in the Gooding County area and will use her again as the need arises.
Friends did not get earnest money back in violation of contract from seller using this company. They have no regard for the law and contracts. Probably great for sellers for if you are buying and this is the sellers company, run.... fast. Buyers loan fell thru with prior preapproval and due to no fault of their own and seller kept the earnest money. Complete sham of a company!
Made our home buying process a breeze. Great team to work with!
