A total scam. Took $1,500 of our money and stopped returning or answering calls. Awful, awful, awful!
They are also operating under the name Pro Tex Poolcare. Hired them off Thumbtack. Both Brad & Tyler came to my house. Ripped me off for several thousand dollars.
Scammed me out of $2500 then stopped returning calls. Not sure who came to my house, Brad or Tyler, but both are POS in my book. Promised to get my pool swimmable, got it no better than green and never swimmable. Promised to clean up the debris and left it all over my yard. Worthless! Hope they are out of business.

Scam! They come out, don't look at anything but say you need a part and charge you a deposit. Then disappear for several weeks. Then they tell you they can't get the part and charged you a service call, giving you s partial refund. Look them online. Scam! Look at the reviews....3 of the reviews are from the company owners! Josh & Brad Hathcoat and 1 on the company name! SCAM!
Sadly, I didn't ask for a quote to repair 2 small leaks in my jacuzzi! I was charged $600.00 to put Epoxy Putty on a jet and the light of my tub. I knew exactly where the leak was and should have tried to fix it myself. I'm devastated that they would charge nearly $200.00 for each application and over double what they quoted me to come to our home. BEWARE! ASK FOR A QUOTE BEFORE THEY GET OUT OF THEIR TRUCK!
