We have had 3 horses boarded at this facility for the past 6 years. We have enjoyed the facility, made great friends, and learned good horsemanship. Donald and Kathy Hawkins do a great job maintaining the facility. It is a safe family environment for all ages. I never worry about my children or my horses at the ranch. Donald and Kathy Hawkins are truly amazing people. Their knowledge is only exceeded by their kindness and I cannot think of a better place to board your beloved horses. Their care for the animals and boarders is beyond reproach and the facilities are outstanding. They are readily available to answer questions or help when needed. Rockin H Ranch has been such a blessing to my family and our horses. Donald and Kathy Hawkins are some of the finest people you will ever meet. This is the best place I have boarded since owning horses in San Antonio and Longview. The facilities have multiple round pens, a large arena and other areas to ride. You have your own tack room that locks. Self care has allowed us to become more involved in the care for our horses and is much more affordable. The owners are readily available for any problems and are a great source for advice. This place feels like a family.
If you're looking for a fun place to ride and know that your horse is in a secure facility, THIS IS NOT THAT PLACE. Very "mom & pop" joint that caters to the rich kids of Longview and Diana. WAY too much barn drama from the bratty kids with money. Families with nothing don't stand a chance of competing with the rich at THIS facility. Security is non-existant there. WAY overpriced for even the self-serve boarding. Pay a bit more, find the SECURE facilities, and run way away from this place. No respect for those working hard. ... read more
We are all like family here at the Rockin H Ranch! You get your own tack/feed room with your own key! No sharing. Your horses have plenty of room to stretch their legs! Come and check out the ranch for yourself!
