Sam was great to work with and I really appreciated his time. I was an out of town buyer and he offered to pick me up from the airport after hours. He really went above what I have experienced from other dealers.
I have had a great experience buying a handicap ramp equipped "mini" van for a very good price lower than blue book. Sam helped install a left gas pedal without my wife or I even asking for his help, he just offered no charge. He was responsive in a timely manner and was very polite.
Great trucks at fair prices. Amazing people, not pushy like every place else. Sam knows his industry like a great salesman does 10/10
So I found the car I've been looking weeks for at this small mom and pop dealership. I found Sam's advertisement on Facebook marketplace for the car I have been searching for. Sam let me know that there was a lot of interest in that particular car. I was buying the car from Phoenix so I had to move fast on it. 0 stars, would not recommend this lying bait and switch dealership. Sam Meredith told me a vehicle was available so I drove all the way to the dealership same day, looked at it and took it for a test drive. When I got back to the dealership he said “we already sold this vehicle” and then tried to show me other vehicles I had no interest in. How are you going to let somebody test drive an already sold vehicle? On top of that, their vehicles are not detailed and very dirty on the inside.
