Rocking C installed a flatbed on my husbands 2014 brand new truck. There was a small dent in the bed. When my husband took it to them to discuss there response was what s wrong with it other than you being fat . Upon contacting our dealer who contracted with them, the manager was contacted yet didn t seem bothered their employees actions. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL PLACE unless you choose to do business with rude people.
I have been going to rockin c for the past 5 years and they are hands down the best trailer dealership in texas. They will treat you right and make sure you are always very pleased. ive got 3 trailers and ive bought 2 flat beds from them and ive never had any problems with any of it.
I just spoke to Jacob and Randy. Jacob said business was so good, that they didnt have time to give me a quote on a new stock trailer. Perhaps we ranchers are in the wrong business!!!....by the way, I got a great deal from Oil City in Beaumont!
