As a loyal customer since your initial opening, predating the name change, I have observed a significant deterioration in the standards I once appreciated. Does a fair job of cleaning my car. The rest of the dirt i wipe off with a towel and soap they provide. The vac is nice to use.
Broke the rear windshield wiper arm on my brand new 2025 Nissan Rogue. Reported it right away to the manager, and he supposivly took all the info down on a tablet. But haven't hear anything back from them. My insurance is having me wait another couple of weeks, and then will be looking at suing them.
