Great company to work with. They are always willing to go the extra mile!
Rockholt Rental Equipment is terrible. Twice we’ve reserved equipment and were told upon our prearranged pick up that it was broken. They’d call us as soon as it was repaired. The first time they called two weeks later. Recently, the same story: Broken. After several days we called only to be told someone else had rented it.
I wouldn't trust their equipment. The 2 times we have tried to rent a lift it either got stuck in the air, and they had no more available. or 2 weeks later we tried to rent it we were told it had a short in it. The lot looks like a junk yard. Go to Sunbelt. Very professional and dependable.
Where to begin….let me start off by saying if you need heavy machinery check with Skyworks first!!!! Well now let’s get into this Rockholt review!!! We called to rent a Lull on a Wednesday and John Rockholt Jr (owner) is the one that took our information for our ticket said Larry would call us to set up payment that Thursday or Friday. Larry never called so Friday we called to verify everything and got told “we don’t have a ticket but the lull is coming back on Monday” (this should have been our sign)!!!
