Staff was professional and caring. One of my knees is shot so eventually I'll need surgery. Until then their solution was to do a steroid shot & prescribe pain meds. I would think in this day & age there would be other options. They did inform me I would need to lose about 20-30 lbs in order for the insurance company to approve surgery. Unfortunately I'm limited on what I can do to lose the weight due to the knee pain. For now I'm going to continue with walking until I can no longer stand the pain.
