I have been helped so much by Dr. Tilghman and Dr. Bider.
Went to the walk in clinic to get xrays to make sure my daughter didn't have stress fracture. They couldn't schedule her for a month and she is in her season for athletics and needs to be seen now to make sure that her injury isn't severe. They wouldn't see her in the walk in clinic and said they have to schedule her again a month later which doesn't tell us if she is OK to practice or not now. Shouldn't have s walk in ortho clinic if they don't actually take patients that need ortho checks.
Great care
I would give the staff 5 stars as they were very efficient, personable & thorough during my visit. However, it’s been three weeks since I was told I should schedule a MRI after pre approval from insurance. I’m waiting for the notes from Urgent Care to be sent to my insurance company for pre approval. Meanwhile I can’t use my right arm and wonder how many more weeks I have to wait! Made many phone calls to the office and feel like I’m being blown off. No one wants to take responsibility to find my notes and forward to insuran... read more
