Dr Ridha is amazing and thorough but his receptionist Erin is rude, dismissive and lacks empathy. Ive been seeng other dr’s just to avoid having to speak with her unfortunately
I've worked with many doctors throughout my career but Dr. Ridha is the most caring of all. He really cares for all his patients and will be very attentive to your needs. The receptionist is extremely unwilling to help. And now I believe that she is borderline CRUEL... Dr Ridha is a wonderful doctor. The overall vibe of the clinic though has changed probably since Covid however. Just listening to their voicemail sounds almost passive aggressive - the tone is like patients are an annoyance. Not what you want to hear from your doctor's office
Called at 9:20am. Receptionist said to call right at 9am to get a same day appointment, apparentlyby the time i called they were all booked up. They are not accepting new patients.
Extremely unprofessional experience with the receptionist Erin. I canceled a same-day appointment and was told I’d be charged a fee - but I was never informed of this policy when booking. The only mention of it was buried in the office’s voicemail system, which I hadn’t heard until afterward. When I called to discuss it, the receptionist continually talked over me and hung up mid-sentence. I wasn’t rude - I simply wanted clarification and fairness.
