Dr Ridha is a wonderful doctor. The overall vibe of the clinic though has changed probably since Covid however. Just listening to their voicemail sounds almost passive aggressive - the tone is like patients are an annoyance. Not what you want to hear from your doctor's office
Called at 9:20am. Receptionist said to call right at 9am to get a same day appointment, apparentlyby the time i called they were all booked up. They are not accepting new patients.
Extremely unprofessional experience with the receptionist Erin. I canceled a same-day appointment and was told I’d be charged a fee - but I was never informed of this policy when booking. The only mention of it was buried in the office’s voicemail system, which I hadn’t heard until afterward. When I called to discuss it, the receptionist continually talked over me and hung up mid-sentence. I wasn’t rude - I simply wanted clarification and fairness. Great clinic , staff and pharmacy . We have five adults ,related , and all feel lucky to have this team . My wife’s cardiologist told her she had a very good GP just two weeks ago .
