TL;DR: received a mediocre arrangement and service after ordering and paying for a premium service. I ordered flowers for my mom on Monday for the occasion of her birthday and it was fraught with issues. According to the shop, they didn’t have the flowers they needed to complete the order so they had to order them. Then their delivery driver was in an accident, apparently, and their delivery wasn’t going to make it in time for Wednesday delivery. Rockhaven created a beautiful, abundant arrangement for my MIL's birthday featuring daisies, her favorite. The flowers were fresh, the arrangement was a real showstopper, and the ladies at the store were lovely. Highly recommend.

I am really happy with this florist!! She helped me with getting a Christmas poinsettia to my family, as I was in another part of the state!! The compassion and courtesy she gave was totally dynamic!! Thank you so much, Delicate Touch!!

WOW! Tammy, Betty & Windy went above and beyond in a level of service that other florist in the area would not provide. When you need it done right and as you need Rockhaven By Delicate Touch is the florist for you. As a business owner in the service profession myself I know great when I see it. And, they are great. I bet a castle with a moat can't stop them from making a delivery.

The lady in the shop was very kind, and helpful with our needs. The casket spray was so beautiful. Needed it next day and couldn't have asked for better service or quality. Thank you.
