I puchased my car here in 2019 and have had the run around ever since. I was told upon purchase that there would not be any added cost to clear my debt early, but tgen I went to vlear the last couple thousand a few years later they charged ne a $500 dollar fee. I Have been trying to resolve a warranty claim for multiple items on a canopy I purchased new with the vehicle in 2022, in 3.5 years the constant changeover in staff and the complete lack of any processes and procedures to monitor and communicate the claim from the business blows my mind. I genuinely believe this will never get resolved. The dealer principal Sheamus has been copied into emails and I have even sent a plea email on the 17th December 2025 to him to try help resolve the issue with no acknowledgment.
If I could give 0 stars I would, I had such a rude and disgusting experience, the customer service skills are none existent, both the people I delt with where rude and seamed very untrained. Honestly turned me off ever wanting to buy a Volkswagen as I would hate to have to deal with them regularly
Very poor service. Communication very poor. Service team have a really don't care attitude. Service centre recently taken over, once professional service centre now as bad as the linked company. Waited for a return phone call for over 6 weeks. Ordered parts for my car still no idea when they will arrive. My last cars have been VW. My advice would be if you want VW buy elsewhere. Really disappointed in the treatment of a customer who owns two cars from this dealership.
Customer service was bad enough to bring my wife to tears. Was promised a free service next time from the service manager as a token of good will. Went to collect the free service next time and they told us they are NOT going to uphold their promise so we are NOT going to take our business back again.
