VW Rockhampton is hands down the worst company I've ever dealt with! I strongly urge everyone not to buy a car from them! Their after-sales service is absolutely terrible, and l've never encountered such poor communication and support. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere!

Once again, Rockhampton Volkswagen has astounded us with the most appalling customer service. We were not asked for ID or to sign anything; we were just given the keys to our car and told it was on the street – it had arrived two and a half weeks earlier on the back of a truck, so they had no idea who we were. Anyone could easily steal a customer's car with the lack of interest and security displayed by the staff! Would you buy a car without looking at it ? I just did that ! The Team VW at Rockhampton dealt with my sale enquiry (I am located 600KM away) with professionalism. Rene, Jacob, Donna and Yeli reply to and my emails in a timely manner and were very straight to tell me when the vehicle would be ready to pick up as I would need to book a flight and make sure it was really ready to drive South 600KM.
