Good service
Jo in the service department is amazing! Thank you for fitting my car in before we go away for the holiday season. The service team were able to remove a rock that was making an awful squeal and repaired a punctured tyre. Jo even saved the rock for me!
Took five phone calls to organise - parts fellas were great, servicing not so good. Car dropped off at 8.15 for a 2hr job booked 4 weeks in advance and still not being worked on by 11.30 when called to see if it was ready. Finally was done after lunch and we were 30mins away from not being at school to pick up the kids - not good enough. Everyone was so casual on the phone, is anybody these days going to look after an item as if it is their own and they are proud of their work?
