Terrible experience all round. Can never get through on the phone. They have an AI assistant that takes messages but obviously doesn't work. Messages never get through and noone ever calls back. The hire car is hardly available, and is filthy. Their booking system is flawed, as even when you book the hire car it's still not always available. Extremely condescending, rude and unapologetic for there failings. Eg: Car issues, battery kept going flat , gears wouldnt change or anything. ( Limp mode???) Auto Electrician said Battery and Alternator was good. Went to drive next day , wouldn't go foward back nothing... Terrible communication, never answer phone
Well let me say we went test driving this morning in a mg and we spoke to a lady their and we told her when we got in the car that their was no fule she said it was fine it was not she said it’s got 80 miles we drove down the street the car kept stripping pushed on the accelerator all fine way to the floor the car would not even move that’s how crap mg are and she would not listen and was a air head too busy thinking bout other things to stop and just listen thank you for the worst time at ur so called dealer ship get better... read more
