This is the second service for my Bt50. I must express my displeasure as both times my vehicle as been dropped off at 8am only to be still sitting in the same spot 3 hours later. I had on both occasions spoken with service staff, that I have travelled up from Yeppoon and they stated that there would do my service promptly. I will be enquiring about you can do my services in future.
Absolutely amazing! Had everything done within a week which was a big ask but they delivered! I would absolutely buy through them again.
I recently had a fantastic experience at Rockhampton Mazda. The showroom was lovely, and the selection of cars was impressive. The service advisor team, led by Caitlin, the service manager, including Kristy, Grace, and Tony, the workshop manager, were genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. They truly cared about my experience, making it easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend Rockhampton Mazda, a very professional dealership that values its customers. 5
If the service department is anything to go buy I would never buy a new car from this dealership. Service advisor Kristy is an absolute piece of work. Went in for something. They were completely useless at diagnosing my problem and completely dismissed all my concerns and information I had researched then to top it off they quoted me a $6000 seat replacement which would be about half the value of the car saying that's what my problem was causing the noise I was trying to get diagnosed.
