I’m thoroughly disappointed with the customer service at Mazda Rockhampton. The front office staff, specifically Kristy, was far from friendly or welcoming. Her attitude was dismissive and rude, with little regard for our concerns. Mistakes and typos on diagnosis reports, which we of course paid for, were simply brushed off as if they were minor issues—not something you’d expect when you’re paying for a professional service.
