I had the worst experience with Rockhampton LDV. The customer service was absolutely unacceptable—rude, dismissive, and unhelpful from start to finish. The sales tactics felt dodgy and pushy, making me feel pressured rather than valued as a customer. To make things worse, the car I purchased has ongoing problems, but the staff keep dodging my calls and refuse to accept any responsibility or take ownership of the issues. 3 months after a having booked my vehicle in for warranty issues not a phone call from them to advise where the case is at. I have had to ring them three times still with word from them when the items will be repaired, they have acknowledged that the are considerable issues. Fourth attempt to get some sort of anwers 6 phones calls today no one is answering the service department calls going to message bank. I don't recommend Rockhampton LDV or LDV vehicles.

I bought my LDV in Brisbane and recently moved to rockhampton. When we got here l booked my LDV in for a small warranty issue when l booked it the customer service person told me that the car had a recall on the transmission up until this point we had no issue with it but booked it in for a new one. Mitch could not do enough to find me a rental wile the car was getting fixed. Nothing is to much trouble for him. I have found the services l have received from everyone there exceptional l highly recommend LDV Rockhampton.

Don't bother with an LDV. There is not a single mechanic in Rockhampton that can actually diagnose and fix them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I've got two LDV vehicles and both have spent more time being diagnosed and NOT repaired than I've actually drove them myself. Absolutely devastated that I'm now tens of thousands out of pocket for a pair of overweight yard ornaments.

Recommended to go somewhere else Absolute joke of a place took all day to service the car would not even rotate wheels.Because they reckon the tread was at zero , which it was not. Tried to charge for filter they did not replace that i marked
