Would not recommend, had to go to this service centre due to warranty work.
Brought my brand new LDV in for brake issue couldn’t find anything whilst in there. Technician Levi was a gentle man and went above and beyond to try and find the issue. Thank you mate highly recommended him.
I had the worst experience with Rockhampton LDV. The customer service was absolutely unacceptable—rude, dismissive, and unhelpful from start to finish. The sales tactics felt dodgy and pushy, making me feel pressured rather than valued as a customer. To make things worse, the car I purchased has ongoing problems, but the staff keep dodging my calls and refuse to accept any responsibility or take ownership of the issues.
