Unacceptable service, rude administration, and no response to formal complaint. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at LDV Rockhampton, particularly due to the conduct of an admin staff member named Emily D, whom I spoke to by phone. This was my vehicle’s first 5,000 km service — a routine service with minimal work required. I was instructed to drop the car off at 8:30am and was told it would be ready by midday. Would not recommend, had to go to this service centre due to warranty work.
Brought my brand new LDV in for brake issue couldn’t find anything whilst in there. Technician Levi was a gentle man and went above and beyond to try and find the issue. Thank you mate highly recommended him.
