Tried booking a service with them multiple times and each time they messed up the booking or didn’t actually book the service after telling me they did and advising they would send a reminder text for the booking. 1 star is honestly too much.
Purchased a LDV D90 back in October 2024. Nothing but issues with the service department. First service on the 07/11/2024 and have not been able to get a service report for it after a number items were identified. Took the car back on the 03/12/2024 with a loose sway bar link and still haven't received the service report for that. Had my 5000km service on the 22/01/25 to be told there are no outstanding issues from the first service.
