I ENJOY ALL THE ACTIVITIES THEY HAVE TO OFFER. STAFF IS WONDERFUL PEOPLE TO TALK TO, IF AND WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE TO HELP. HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES ARE 5 STAR ASSOCIATES. EVERY ROOM IS CLEAN AND SPOTLESS WHEN THEY TAKE CARE OF YOU. I RECOMMEND ROCKFORD SUPPORTIVE LIVING TO ALL SENIORS. MAKE THIS YOUR NEW HOME.
It sucks!!!! The walls are cracked n dust coming out, water coming through the ceiling tiles, they fell down all over the floor. Residents with walkers were trying to walk around the mess, one residents bathroom was a mess, the toilet bowl was BLACK! She has housekeeping. It's horrible
I had fun with the residents and the staff I miss all y'all
