Regency has proved to be absolutely awful in taking care of their tenants. They claim to be concerned about our welfare, then do not return our calls or emails. In this time of COVID crisis, after begging for rent relief to keep staff employed and our doors open- what does Regency do? INCREASE RENT. Regency should be ashamed.
Our local business, The Gents Place, was damaged in a tornado nearly two weeks ago. Regency Centers still has not communicated with us on a determination on whether our space is a total loss or if we can rebuild and is prohibiting us and other tenants from accessing our spaces and obtain our belongings.
