Rockford Pediatric Has been very easy to work with they are quick to examine and then Andy work needed they had us back in within a week. It was wonderful. They are on the higher end price wise, but it is worth it considering the other 4 dentists we have been though that were all bad and slow experiences.
Absolutely wonderful pediatric dental office! The staff is friendly, the office is spotless and kid-friendly, and the dentist is incredibly gentle. They truly know how to work with children and make the whole experience stress-free
I took my Autistic 8 yr old daughter in & I was impressed. The moment I walked in , Jackie was welcoming & was able to communicate & make my daughter feel comfortable to get her services done. Jackie got me in quickly & i knew daughter was in great care, I was able to meet the dentist & go over her procedures. I have a few more app for my daughter , I'm glad my daughter is not having a meltdown when I mention the dentist.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience!! My three week old son had trouble breastfeeding, so I reached out to Rockford Pediatric Dentistry. They were able to get him in for an appointment that day, and Dr. Lu was able to diagnose him with a tongue tie and an upper lip tie. Right after the consultation she was able to fix both! She made sure that we didn’t go another day struggling! 10/10 experience!! Every person that I spoke with was wonderful! So grateful for these wonderful people!
