After reserving a unit for the 15th of April, i did not recieve an access code. I drove all the way from Columbia SC to store my items and was unable to reach anyone via phone call, where i left a message on the 15th. I then sent an email to cancel my unit and ask for a refund because i was unable to access the storage unit. It has been radio silence and have not heard back from this business, nor have i been refunded for servives i was unable to access. Friendly people!
I was trying to contact them to rent an outdoor spot for my camper, but because I'm paying in cash no one will return my call. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere.
