I highly recommend this limo service very very reasonable and courteous. I will definitely use them again.
Super friendly and efficient.
Called to get quotes for service for upcoming wedding and then a trip to and from the Airport for honeymoon. Woman on the phone was very rude, said they only do 4 hour rentals for day of Wedding no options and when asked about the trip to and from O'Hare she said let me check then proceeded to ask where pick up would be and she "huffed" and hung up the phone.
WORST experience ever!!!! I made a reservation prior to an upcoming trip. Day of my trip, driver did not show up on time, made several calls to the company no answer. Even left a voicemail then waited for them to called me back, still no response. Therefore I tried one more time to call he finally pick up he said he had forgot to dispatch a driver and he apologize....🤬 so driver ended up being 15 minutes late which I had to rush through the airport check-in so I could catch my flight.
