This management company is a corrupt service that covers for the city of Rockford. City Health inspectors had tobe called because of unsafe and unsanitary conditions. Rodents and multiple types of bug infestations. HUD doesn’t come out to investigate or inspect but uses people to profit off of and turns the other head. This company is sad and unethical practices. Poor management been complaining for over a year and still no resolution.! But yet they want to charge me rent, and expect for me and my children to stay here can’t cook with out rodents coming out so we just don’t eat here my kids wake up in the middle of the night scared not able to sleep.
