BUYERS BEWARE - Worst construction quality. Warranty is a SCAM - they'll force you to sign-off the warranty papers promising to fix stuff later but will never show-up. Everything except the 4 walls in the house is an OPTION. So, you end-up paying for below par materials and labor work which will never be repaired. Look elsewhere, there are other much better Builders out there than this SHADY construction company.
