I would not recommend this company to anyone. I will try and make this as brief as possible and just list facts. They are not transparent during their building process. When asked to share building plans and grading plans for your lots they tell you it is fine and blow it off. They tell you things are okay when they are not during the building process even pertaining to major structural defects.
