REM was very professional, but also personal and made my breakdown their problem. Troy and Tyler stayed in contact with me in every phase of troubleshooting, and followed up after the fix. They service motors, water pumps, and were able to make in house modifications that other companies have to outsource. This kept cost down and increased efficiency. I highly recommend Rockford Electric Motor.
Troy and his team were absolute rockstars helping us solve an issue with a Nord 3 phase motor that we had struggled to find answers to. The price for the work was very fair, and communication throughout the work was very helpful. I highly recommend them!
