I got my wedding band from Rockford Collection and absolutely love my ring! Their consumer is amazing, they helped me get the perfect design for me and gave me a general understanding on gold and diamonds before purchase, it was an amazing experience buying from Rockford Collection. And when the ring arrived it looked better than on the picture. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Rockford as they do care. I highly recommend them !! Ring purchased in December, pieces are already falling off. Updated Review: Customer service and owner reached out to fix my husband's ring. To clarify, the ring was always a beautiful piece of jewelry and my husband loves it. It is delicate, and will need to be taken care of accordingly. We appreciate the company for backing their product and providing excellent customer service. Photo updated to show fixed ring. Thank you, Rockford Collection.

I’m trying to understand how I paid 5000 for a ring that look like I purchased it from TJ Maxx . My wife ring is 12 years old and needs rhodium now and still looks better than mines. I wear it only on the weekends and it look like I do hard labor all week. I just need some answers because I’ve sent my ring off, once to have rhodium put back on it and it only lasted 3 months top. I’m a very unhappy customer!
