I have always been very impressed with their staff and how quick they can fit in my repairs or maintenance work! They are extremely knowledgeable and what I love the most is that they take the time to walk me through options if I want an upgrade and what they found on my bike after service. This is a shop like no other, versatility in bike selection from different brands, from entry level to high end race machines to e-bikes, even an expert in-house suspension expert, this shop has it all. You are greatest by theost awesome guard dog, friendly and knowledgeable staff with a prime location near the white pine trail. One mile outside of downtown Rockford and on a street with two breweries, you can't ask for a better place to come find your next bike adventure.

Shop is very clean, well displayed, not pressured to sell you over amounts and gave me a cheaper alternative solution with the same results. Was looking at the pocket pumps and the guy Bob had his personal one to let me feel and experience it hands on which was super nice and sold me to get the one I was initially looking for but after hands on feel knew it's what I was after.
