Awesome shop with great culture. Just picked a bike up there today. Looking forward to their new facility across the street from third nature brewery!
We ran in about 15 seconds before my kid's bike clinic because we had a chain issue. They got us fixed up and out of there in minutes. Really appreciate them fitting us in and treating a kid's bike with the same attention as a high end bike. Plus, the bike clinic was a success and my kiddo is off training wheels, woot!
“We’re a bike shop for people who ride”, said the owner to me on a recent morning when I showed up early for help with my tubeless gravel bike tires. And immediately he took my bike to the back shop area and minutes later was done. Really top shelf service, and a good guy too. The inventory was good as well, since I am not from the area I needed to grab a few supplies and found everything I needed.
We purchased two Trek bike today. The customer service was above and beyond.
I had a great experience at this shop today. We received a friendly greeting at the door, and had the replacement parts needed within a few minutes. I needed a brake cable for an older bike, and they supplied the exact parts I needed at a very reasonable cost. Thank you.
