Clean, smoke free complex
Currently working on getting an apartment at Rockfish court. The staff has been a great help.
My experience in dealing with Management is they are unscrupulous, less than forthcoming! I would avoid at all cost! The failed to show up for the walk through, failed to mail out my security deposit! When I called they said that they had mailed it out! I recieved mail from Duke Energy with my final bill, received a REFUND from Spectrum cable, yet nothing from Rockfish Mgt, I called and they decided to keep the full amount of security deposit, for carpet cleaning and oil stains on my parking space!
