Absolutely Shocking service
Very pleased with the service today . All the staff are very friendly and caring . Wax removal was done without any discomfort . Good communication and care . Specially the receptionist was lovely and helpful. They are very professional in the work . The girl from portadown (forgot her name) is really amazing .
Extremely hard to get through to anybody. When I did, nobody was available to give me antibiotics and was just passed onto Dr on call. Same as all NHS, completely broken service.
They treat patients very badly, they do not care about the patient. The old ladies at the reception are incompetent, they cannot help and send you to the emergency room at the hospital. The doctor hangs up after the first ring, one big joke. I do not recommend and please stay away from this clinic if you want to live!
