I want to thank Rock Fab for doing an outstanding job with my new island and countertops. I especially want to thank the owner for taking the time to resolve some small issues. He truly took time out of his busy schedule to make things right for me. I am very happy with my new kitchen.
BUYER BEWARE!! Installers were exceptional BUT salesperson not. Did not receive what I bought. I have called multiple times with many excuses from Morgan that doesn’t want to take responsibility for my accessories when she did not follow through with the sale and put me with another person to finish. You would think on a 14000.00 job that 100.00 of parts would not be worth a bad review. Rockfab was fantastic to work with, made great recommendations, their installers were professional and did a great job, they installed exactly when they said they would, the counters fit to perfection, and I absolutely love them AND their price came in $2000 UNDER the local big-box store for the same priced stone. Highly recommend!
I’m very upset with how Rockfab, specifically the owners, treated me as a loyal customer. This year alone I spent about $18,000 with them and referred another $5,000 project from a joint remodeling client, which I heard from this client that Rockfab messed up the seam on the tile and messed up that job as well. After my countertop install was complete a month went by and then they finally emailed me an invoice for the final 25%. We had a great experience with RockFab and highly recommend them! We enjoyed working with Renee and Elissa. All the installers were excellent too-timely and professional. We’re loving our new countertops and backsplash, thank you so much!!
