Update: I finally received my package after the yellow delays and believe this was FedEx and their failure to locate my package that was the issue..... shipment was delayed in Tennessee by FedEx and even FedEx doesn't know where this package is and I have tried to contact them and they are not getting back to me. I didn't even care that the shipping was half the price of the item $25 worth of parts.

Eye catching
We ordered pedal boat seats and the shipping was half the cost of the order. That's fine, but when the seats don't fit and I want to exchange them, customer service was horrible. No one offered any help when I asked about exchanging for the correct seats. I kindly asked for paid shipping for the return and was shut down.
