I can't account for the low reviews I see, but my experience with Rockett's was excellent. I'd not used them before, and perhaps wouldn't have without some sort of referral, but my customer said she'd heard good things about them and wanted me to use them for her driveway. I would never recommend this company to anyone else and I will never use them again. Worst customer service and seemingly no pride in their work. They left a complete mess causing us to have to contract with a landscaping company to repair our yard, as well as find another concrete company to come and FIX their SLOPPY WORK!! When I confronted them about problems, they refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing and put all blame on us, but I have before and after pictures that show otherwise!! I almost made a grave mistake by listening to the reviews of Rockett's Concrete, they were very prompt, always available to answer any questions, and very quick once construction started. I would completely recommend this company, my 2 car driveway came out amazing can't wait to be able to drive on it tomorrow!! Thank you again Michael!
DO NOT waste your MONEY or your TIME with this UNPROFESSIONAL and DISHONEST contractor. Called and set up a time for an estimate. They did not show, nor did call. Update: The serviceman showed up 3 DAYS LATE on a SATURDAY MORNING at 8:30am. Called me twice before 9 am and was not answered because we my husband and I were sleeping. Now, keep in mind, before this, he has not reached out since MONDAY when I we setup our scheduled appointment for Wednesday between 9am and 12 noon.
